Specify time in the notes section during check out. Online pre-ordering closes Thursday night at 11 pm. If you prefer to phone your order please do so with as much lead time as possible. The further in advance the better. Best times to call are Preceding Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday between 1-4pm.
